The PA IMPULSE Fastpitch Softball Organization was founded in June 2023.  PA IMPULSE is the dream and creation of our organization's President, Mrs. Chelsey Schlusser.  Chelsey comes to the organization with decades of experience playing and coaching the game of softball.  Through her experiences, she has not only developed a high degree of expertise with the game, but a deep desire to help our youth have a positive experience engaging with the sport.  She believes that through a positive and meaningful experience, youth players will not only develop as players but as individuals as well.

Ultimately, through these intentionally designed experiences that PA IMPULSE offers, softball players will be fully prepared to compete at their highest levels while always displaying impeccable individual and team character.

While PA IMPULSE launched in June of 2023, planning for the launch of this high-quality organization has been happening for approximately four years.  This method of preparing for multiple years before launching this organization matches our organizational philosophy for player development and competition.  No success is ever achieved without quality preparation.
